This location was actually closed for business & the pick up time in the email was not what I asked for. When I tried to call the business repeatedly & got no response I called uhaul. The representative I spoke to told me the business was closed till November 23rd so I would not be able to get a truck. This was at 4:45pm & I was always driving across town to pick up the truck. I was not happy at all. She transferred me to another representative to see if they could find me another truck at a different location. Once connected, I find out that I could pick up the truck anytime at the original location. I did so, but it was not a smooth process. Thankfully I was able to call customer service again & they guided me through & stayed on the phone until I was in the truck. Actually I gave them no choice, as by this time I was quite fed up with uhaul. The return time was not set at a full 24 hours. For some reason it is always short unless you are actually dealing with a person at the location. Upon returning the truck I had more trouble with the online process & had to call yet again for help. It was dark by this time, the location is not in a very good area & I was quite concerned being there on my own. I would not let the customer rep off the line until I was done & safely in my car. Not a good week of experiences with uhaul. It has led me to dislike renting uhaul trucks from other locations. I don't feel this is a good fit for uhaul as it is tarnishing the company's reputation.Adrianne H.

My rental was missing a dolly even though I had ordered it. The rep also didn't seem to know what he was doing. He was very nice about it but it took longer than expected to get the rental.Ashley A.
