They charged me 99 cents per mile instead of the 79 cents I was quoted online. They also charged us more than we'd been quoted. When I brought this up to them they said to "call Uhaul." They're a dealer, so why do I have to call? They gave us appliance dollys instead of the utility dollys we requested. We pointed out that there were some dings and scratches but they only put stickers on one. The insides of the truck was dusty and had dirt footprints. The trailer hadn't been swept out or cleaned and was filthy. I will never go back to this dealer and I'm considering using another truck service the next time we move.

After the moving company I hired disappointed me, I had to rent a UHaul last minute for the remaining stuff (1/3 of the house they didn't take) in the house, within hours. This UHaul company came through with a truck rental and was VERY VERY easy to work with! They had me in and out with a UHaul within 10 minutes and returned it the same day without a hassle. Easy truck to drive and would most certainly recommend them to anyone moving!!!

Mileage allowed for the move was about 30 miles underestimated. I can't help but deduce this is done intentionally as a revenue stream for U-Haul.

The Uhaul I rented ran great but the cab was not cleaned. It had stray cornnuts, popcorn, and other food everywhere and also several cigarrette buts on the floor (the cab smelled like the previous renter smoked in it). I ended up having to clean it all up to insure I was not charged when I dropped it off.

I dealt with two different individuals at the Chevron Station for the rental of the trailer...Both were GREAT to work with...very friendly and very helpful...they made sure everything was hooked up properly and got it all done in a very timely manner...These guys get a 5 star from me....Jeff Tebbs

This location gives preference to food mart customers over uhaul customers who must wait whenever others approach to pay ( even though I was about to pay $176.00; much more than those buying snacks or gas) In other words, only 1 staff member is available to serve both roles. Additionally, no printed receipt was given, due to a printer problem. This place is a terrible location for uhaul and is not a priority for this location’s owner/manager.

When I picked up the trailer there was no one to help hook it up, they didn't have any accessories like a hitch to rent or buy so I spent an hour trying to find the right stuff so I could hook it up. I was fairly certain I got the trailer on tight but I was concerned all the way to Colorado that it might come loose.

Hello-- We rented a UHaul over the weekend to move some furniture from Cedar City to Duck Creek Village-- I called on Friday to setup the truck and spoke to a gentleman that quoted me $95 for a 24 hour rental-- he said that included the truck fee plus 60 miles and anything over the 60 miles would be .99 cents per mile. He said that returning it on Sunday between noon and 2:00 pm wouldn't be a problem -- when we arrived at the Chevron in Cedar City we realized that we were charged $170 instead of the $95 quoted amount from the day before. The employee at the Chevron who was very nice an helpful called UHaul to find out why there was a discrepancy and the lady that we spoke to said it was just an "estimate" based on the amount of miles we would have to go and we should be credited the difference. When my husband returned the truck on Sunday at 2:00 we were charged for another whole day and the amount charged to my credit card is $202.00. To say that I'm upset with this service is an understatement-- how do you quote one amount and charge another amount??? My husband is the CEO of a company that gives UHaul tons of business but after this experience he is looking to move that business over to Ryder. Again-- we knew we would have to pay a little over since we went a total of 69.6 miles but I didn't expect a bill over $100 more than what I was originally quoted. I will never use UHaul again for my moving needs and I will make sure to tell everyone I know that you lie about your rates to get people to book the truck! Ari O'Brien 702-982-9774

This location was a life saver. Our first location that was called half priced storage in Cedar city where we were supposed to pick up there was nobody around didn't answer phone calls after a half hour. After driving from vegas to pick up our trailer it was very upsetting. Thank you to the chevron in main st

It was cramped and hard to back the trailer into the tiny spot available for it. No staff were able/willing to assist.

There is absolutely no improvement at this location. Wynne, the customer service agent was exceptional. He is pleasant, has good knowledge of U-Haul products and was helpful in every way. I highly recommend this location for picking up and returning the vehicle. Additionally, I was pleased to hear that there was going to be an exterior key drop-box added.

When a customer calls asking what fees they will have to pay for keeping a truck. The staff needs to know and pass on that if safe move is selected that it is charged at a daily rate. I called and was told that only the truck rental rate applied for the vehicle.

This location is in a Chevron gas station convenience store. The clerk was alone and incapable of providing service to the U-Haul customers, giving precedence to the convenience store customers and letting the U-Haul customers line up to wait for a break in the store traffic. After waiting for at least 10 minutes, the clerk gave me the registration website on the store's laptop so that I could work through making my reservation for the two furniture dollies I was trying to rent. The same was true when I returned these items the next day. I had to check in the items myself with the store U-Haul computer while she helped the "quick" customers. It was an awful experience.

This location is at a convenience store/gas station. If there is only one clerk working the counter you will be there awhile completing your reservation while they bounce back and forth between you and other customers.

Confusing drop off in Cedar City with the location I was scheduled to drop off at being closed up and chained off. Was supposed to be 24 hour drop off?? Luckily, we found this place. But, the poor clerk was overwhelmed with trying to run the register and take my trailer in. We don't fault him, we know he was trying, but (clearly) his loyalty was to every single person that stepped up with a soda or piece of candy. It really taxed my patience to be dead last on his priority list. The process took entirely too long and I was left thinking twice about repeating this kind of drop off in Cedar City. A college town, no less. I expected better. Especially for a 230 mile one-way rental of your smallest trailer at $65.

These attendants were very inexperienced and caused damage to my daughter's vehicle. Also unbelievable was that they did not know the fender came down to allow driver to get out of car. They were going to leave my daughter in the car. Caused her to crawl through trunk of car.

There was only one worker, and she was amazing... but because she had to help the convienience store customers before us, we were interrupted a lot and the drop off process took longer than we wanted. If they had another worker there, it would have been nice.
