MARK KNo directions for drop off prior to drop off Pulled into parking lot of office and was told to put truck in lot outside complex I had to back into on coming traffic with a trailer to park truck in outside lot After attendant told me where to return truck He said just bring him the keys and went back into office Did not offer any assistance to back out of entrance to storage area

Rick PWe did a night drop off on Sunday so we did not interact with anyone at this location. But they were prompt with the check-in of the vehicle and informing us that everything was fine and closed out.
Burton TEither than the person that I had to speak to to confirm my location in my reservation everyone was great. The lady, I spoke to to confirm my reservation was a little sarcastic and condescending, and even when I politely brought it up that in customer service that’s the way you deliver a message. She didn’t quite like that. You could tell she was not in the mood to be on the phones. I don’t think a customer should have to deal with that especially when they’re just confirming and asking simple questions.

The young guy I had an interaction with did not once had a nice attitude , it’s like he doesn’t wanna work there at all. I found it to be rude. Overall, a good service , a good rental u-haul place and the nicest one that I interacted with was the old nice man who took me for a ride all the way to my u-haul; 5 stars for him!
ASHLEY BHad a problem with the car hauler, which nobody would help me with told me to spend $300 and stay in a hotel and go back to the facility the next day if you look up my reservations, you’ll see how many reservations I have with you all believe me after these reservations, which I probably will change. I’ll be doing business with someone else probably Penske.

tim SWe returned it early. The gentleman who took possession of the uhaul said we'd recieve email in 10 minutes (didnt get it) and did something with the keys. 24 hours later we get a call telling us keys were missing. He said he'd look into it and call us back (he never called back).

HENRY MAfter a 1300 mile trip, my first flustered request was for a bathroom, to which they directed me to no questions asked before they knew I was a customer. After, noticing my exhaustion, they made the process as incredibly smooth as possible and helped me get the best trailer I needed for a return trip. Hospitality is not universal, yet this gem shined like the Diamond it's named after!
