Nothing is always a pleasured renting from this location. Rent from this location anytime I need a Uhaul the staff is always present and the lady who took care of me very nice I can’t remember her name but very nice and pleasant

Carson MThe agent was argumentative and rude. She stated I had to have a secondary contact when the contract clearly states optional. She was clearly displeased when I didn’t take the insurance option. She said we require a minimum of 50 miles despite I only put 20, and used 5 total for the trip. She even threatened to cancel my reservation because I questioned her about things. She was very rude and then gave me a vehicle that the tire was low on air and she said it was the sensor refusing to give me another van. I will never go to this location again or recommend anyone use this location.

WILLIAM REverything was excellent, however, more parking is needed for customers to leave their car when renting trucks from this location. That's the only reason I gave above average instead of excellent. Everything else was expedient, professional, and well maintained.

CARLOS MThe truck I rented was in terrible condition. The cabin and the cargo area were extremely dirty, and the fuel tank was completely empty when I picked it up. I had to waste additional time and money finding a gas station before even starting my trip. When I returned the truck, the parking lot was overcrowded with other trucks, and it was very difficult to get in. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this location.
