The nearest gas station was right after the location so I needed to drive 5 more minutes to get back .

ines pI set up to retrieve my truck from Sir Store a lot in West Park at 8:am on 04/25. I chose to do the mobile pickup. Well I was there for 40 minutes and was on the phone with customer service trying to get access to my truck. Come to find out they had me as a in store pickup which I couldn't do because the office was closed. Then I got transferred to another agent who sent me to another location at 2828 Hollywood Blvd. They told me it was a mile away from my current location which it was not. It was about 4-5 miles away. This location was super small and tight. This is a horrible location for U-Haul truck pickups. Then I had to wait behind another person who took forever. Then I had jump through hoops just to get my truck. I had to take pictures of the vehicle and pictures of my driver's license and then getting the truck out of the parking lot was a pain in the butt. There is barely any room to pull out of the spot without hitting something. Then I had to get out of the truck and park my car in the spot the truck was in. Mind you it was after 9:30 am and I was suppose to get my truck at 8:00 am. So I was an hour and a half late in moving.

Carson MThe agent was argumentative and rude. She stated I had to have a secondary contact when the contract clearly states optional. She was clearly displeased when I didn’t take the insurance option. She said we require a minimum of 50 miles despite I only put 20, and used 5 total for the trip. She even threatened to cancel my reservation because I questioned her about things. She was very rude and then gave me a vehicle that the tire was low on air and she said it was the sensor refusing to give me another van. I will never go to this location again or recommend anyone use this location.

WILLIAM REverything was excellent, however, more parking is needed for customers to leave their car when renting trucks from this location. That's the only reason I gave above average instead of excellent. Everything else was expedient, professional, and well maintained.
