The lady who helped us did not know what she was doing . Apart from that she was rude and unprofessional. The place was super dirty, they had absolutely no organization. We dropped the truck off and she told us that our refund would take 2-3 business days so we left , we were on our way home when she called and told us to go back because she could do the refund right away,however we only went back to waist our time because once again there was nothing ready,she hadn’t even checked the truck to see the miles or anything .

The pickup location is in a very bad neighborhood and the office was very off putting and had holes in the ceiling, dirty walls, and was very unorganized. Check in took almost 30 minutes and I wasnt even shown the vehicle or given simple instructions on how to use or adjust the vehicle which would have been nice as this was my first time driving a uhaul. My movers also alerted me that when they opened the cargo, there were pallets and leftover plastic wrap that shoud not have been there. I would have rather gone to an actual uhaul center for a much better experience.
