I was charged twice when I was told I was paying at the beginning. I asked why I was paying right away with my card on file as I thought was pay at drop off . He said it was all good. So I paid beginning as instructed he said that was good. When dropped off tank was filled back up to where it was given . Was charged for not filling the truck up completely. When stated we filled back to where we got it which was just under half. We put more money in after to fill up more than given. Than charged for cleaned mud out of back. We moved couches. There was no dirt or mud in back of the truck. Gentleman didn’t know what to charge asked why charged twice. When could have paid just once. Seemed like lots of extra charges tried to be put on for an extras. Took longer than stated “ ready at pick up “to get U-Haul at pick up losing time we rented for. Location gave no safe place to park our car to pick up truck . So ended up needing someone to drive other one around . Overall wasn’t impressed with service as I was talking to someone over phone to get my U-Haul with owner of the place renting from. Seemed unknown to rental and wanting to charge for everything twice

ABHIRAM KThe lady who helped us did not know what she was doing . Apart from that she was rude and unprofessional. The place was super dirty, they had absolutely no organization. We dropped the truck off and she told us that our refund would take 2-3 business days so we left , we were on our way home when she called and told us to go back because she could do the refund right away,however we only went back to waist our time because once again there was nothing ready,she hadn’t even checked the truck to see the miles or anything .
MICHELLY SThe pickup location is in a very bad neighborhood and the office was very off putting and had holes in the ceiling, dirty walls, and was very unorganized. Check in took almost 30 minutes and I wasnt even shown the vehicle or given simple instructions on how to use or adjust the vehicle which would have been nice as this was my first time driving a uhaul. My movers also alerted me that when they opened the cargo, there were pallets and leftover plastic wrap that shoud not have been there. I would have rather gone to an actual uhaul center for a much better experience.
