Blinker did not work on trailer. One of the workers diagnosed it at my truck had a blown fuse. He poped my fuse box and replaced it. And he gave me extra fuses. Blinker worked and went on my way. Friendly people quick service.

ALESA MWhen someone is renting a trailer from U-Haul, U-Haul needs to tell them beforehand, YOU WILL NEED TO BUY A PIGTAIL TO CONNECT YOUR CAR TO OUR TRAILER BECAUSE OUR TRAILERS AREN'T EQUIPPED TO CONNECT DIRECTLY TO YOUR CAR, AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FIGURING OUT HOW YOU CAN MAKE OUR TRAILER WORK WITH YOUR CAR. U-Haul should spend its money training its employees instead of sending texts and emails that have no meaning. Emails and texts don't get the equipment working properly. I am paying for a service and that is what I expect.

David CI don’t like that the truck was $19 to rent. I went to Hulen back to Forest Hill and it charged me $68 so $40 for gas to make a 30 minute trip altogether that’s crazy.

KELLY HYour app is awful. I took what seemed like 40 photos over a span of fifteen minutes trying to check the truck in. It’s very particular about the distance of the shot, and if you know anything about most of your locations, that’s never going to work. Most parking spaces are very tight, and you’ll never get the right photo. Even at this place, there was a ton of room, but it still wouldn’t approve the photo.
