Upon returning the trailer, the manager of the store showed very poor customer service. I politely asked Mr. Jack if he could remove the trailer from my hitch because I am currently with child. His response, â€œThat is not my responsibility to do that for you, my assistant only did it for you when you picked it up because they wanted to.â€ Definitely would not recommend this place of service!LASHIKA B.

I said personnel was helpful only because he told me where to park but he seemed inpatient when I was backing in. He kept saying â€œcome on come on comeâ€ as I was slowly backing in. He could have been more pleasant. He didn't seem conversational or inviting. Once i parked he said I was done and I walked away. I was surprised to see the receipt in my email with a digital signature with my name... as he did not tell me I would be receiving anything. This could have been mentioned.Aerial S.

When I picked up the truck, the fuel tank had a little more than 1/2 tank. When I returned it, it had almost 3/4 tank. I was charged extra, stating that it left full and was not returned full. I returned it with more fuel than it had when I picked it up. This is not right.Robert S.

The bigger truck that I requested was not at the location, so I was forced to get the next size down. I requested a dolly and was told they didn't have one. The employee did offer me a $20 discount, I I truly wanted when I ordered for my moving day, not a discount. The dolly is something I needed to move my items and I was forced to go buy one.ROSE G.

The representative that rented the truck was very ornery and rude. I moved in town and advised that I would be driving less that 10 miles. Before I left I confirmed the mileage on the application and only needed it for 2 miles as my new apartment is downtown. When I brought the truck back I told him add two miles because that's all I used it for. He then had me go back to the truck and write down the mileage. Again I told him I only needed it for an in town move as I could not fit my couch and mattress in the car so it was a convenience factor to use uhaul. He then acted as if he didn't believe me and said â€œbye, your done as I was walking out the door. I then returned to confront him as I did not appreciate his tone and he advised that it was because of social distancing that he would send my receipt. Mind you neither him nor his friend had a mask on. I told him I did not appreciate him taking my money and treating me in this manner and I wouldn't tolerate it. His rebuttal was I didn't take your money U haul did. Nonetheless he is an ambassador for your brand it at is loathsome that someone would act in this manner. The rental location is also a furniture store so not only did he lose business if/when I move again but he lost furniture sales and I will be sure to tell all of my friends and colleagues not to go there. I am thoroughly disgusted and infuriated with this experience. Overall uhaul as a brand has been my go to for moves but at this location. I'm completely and utterly disgusted and angry I had to endure this.Antwuan E.

The truck I rented had leaks and visible holes in the ceiling. I had heavy rain on our moving day, and as a result my property was damaged. Only then did I inspect the truck ceiling and realized this defect.John W.
The on site location of discount mattress was very good. Larry was helpful and knowledgeable and able to help me on short notice. I am EXTREMELY displeased with the U haul app. If Larry would not have been able to help me I would have not been able to complete a move that had to be done on Saturday. I was not able to self verify and the app froze each time at take a picture of the drivers license step. On line chat was not helpful. I called and was not able to be helped at my current location but the phone representative was able to redirect me to Discount Mattress, thankfully!William D.

Never allow a UHaul Customer rent or drop off from this location. The owner I believe of this business was rude and mean. Very demeaning to my husband and myself. We were called deaf, dumb, blind and stupid. I will NEVER rent from UHaul again!!PAUL B.

Very responsive to phone calls and answered questions we had about the Uhaul. Helped us to hook up before we left. The lights did not work at night, but we were unaware until the evening. When i talked to customer service she said $29.95 and that was the price online as well. Plus mileage. I received my bill and it's over $70!!!! Had I known this I could have called family and given them gas for the use of their truck. The reason why I rented the Uhaul is because it was 19.99 plus insurance of $10. I asked for a pickup. They said no locations had pickup so she booked the next thing. Which I asked 3 different times, and she said 29.99 plus miles. Not 29.99 plus another 29.99 and the Miles. I don't know what to rate this location because we did the same before at another location in Greenville near rose high school and they didn't charge no where near this it was HALF THIS PRICR for the exact same size. That's why I didn't question when I went to go pick it up. Had I known this I would have NEVER RENTED IT.Debra G.
The U-haul was driven from the pick-up location to the apartment, loaded up with furniture, driven 1 hr. to Plymouth, unloaded/filled with unleaded gas from a can & straight to the drop-off location in Plymouth & I still had to pay more money. There were no detours. I felt for $135.00 I could have been given more available mileage even if it was only about 15 extra miles to get to the apt. from the pick-up location.Debra W.
Talk to your desk receptionist or owner of this property I'm not sure of his title. But he was very rude upon first meeting me and my brother. As I refused his help because I chose the app for pick up. He continued to be adamant about how him doing it was the best way. Upon refusal he deemed it a good idea to call us stupid mfers. Besides the person at the pick up location being rude. Customer service handled my woes with my broken uhaul with the utmost professionalism. That is the only reason why I didn't return it and rent from another company.Rodney S.

i wondered if i might have been videotaped for a blooper. granted i did arrive with just a few minutes to spare, but I was yelled at and harassed, literally the entire time of my interaction with this 'man'. i looked on his reviews, which confirmed my suspicions. how is this guy even able to stay in business or keep the reputable uhaul name? i would seriously question this, uhaul. shame on you.CASSANDRA M.

There was not enough parking and it was very difficult to return the trailer. The person working there was very rude and belittled me when I asked for a jack to lower the trailer from my truck. He helped remove the trailer by hand and threw the hitch down on the ground.THOMAS F.

My experience at my drop off In Greenville was One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The desk person was rude, mean, And totally unprofessional. I even dropped off a day earlier with much more gas than required. In addition the Sign on door said masks required. I had my mask and the Rude unprofessional at desk did not. I was charged $28 for gas fee however the uhaul was return on half a tank, which is what it was when I rented it. I was told to return it the same level it was when I received it. So I'm not sure why I was charged that gas fee.trecia L.
