When I arrived at the location, I was having trouble checking in with the app and that is when the proprieter "Larry" came over to my car and asked me if I needed any help. Perfect timing as I had helpers waiting on me and the app process was not being coorperative. Larry got my son and I checked in, and was very gracious about it. I recieved the same curtious attention when I returned the vechicle. Thank you Larry for making a stressful situtation less stressful.

I had to park and unhitch the auto transport myself and employe did not check the fuel level or milage of the truck. He only asked what they were.

Service was ‘ok’ - nothing really stood out. Not overly friendly. Had to remove dolly after renting ourselves. Kind of expected that to be done by them.

Used the drop box. This was not the location I chose but it is what what listed on my contract. I tried to call to change to a more convenient location but no one could help me until after 9 I couldn't wait until after 9 to drop it off

I have used uhaul several times. This the first I was forced... I repeat "forced" to add rental insurance. He said, " its only 8 dollars". If I wasn't push for time, I would of canceled. Never used their service again. I want my money back!

They need better training. They didn't know how to hook up a trailer and I had to pull over several times to secure chains that were dragging.

a paper copy from pickup site might help but online preregistration went pretty well and definitely saved time at pickup.

This location never gave me a receipt, told me it would be emailed, but it never was. When I returned, they still couldn't get me a receipt.

Wouldn't give me a copy of receipt or bill after I brought trailer back. Did not answer any questions. Couldn't explain anything about rental. Trailer came off ball .luckily I was going very slow. Overall really poor service.

Was not given any paperwork for the rental and ordered two dozen pads which they did not have any. The truck had less than 1/8 tank of gas and worried about getting to a gas station. Driving into Greenville there was a large UHaul facility with a full compliment of trucks and equipment. This was not the best experience.

I think the amount of money I paid for only 4 hrs was not right! When they run a weekend special for $30 the whole day I feel like I got ripped off and I would never go back there again! Bad business

The location was having issues with internet service and at first told me they could not rent a vehicle to me at all. Trucks are difficult to find because of the devastation Hurricane Florence left behind, so I pushed and they were able to it out since I had already done everything online myself. The truck was not cleaned after the previous rental. The windshield was so dirty on the inside I had difficulty seeing through it. There were some items left in the back, including a credit card and broken glass. I did not realize this until I had to load my own things, so I had to take it back to the rental location. I was told the truck had 3/8 tank of gas, but it only had 1/8. The rental location owner told me that it would be corrected when I brought the vehicle back, but when I got the invoice I had been charged for fuel. I had to call and follow up with email to uHaul to have it corrected. Overall a very unpleasant experience when I'm trying to deal with mine and my mother's flooded homes in New Bern NC.

The manager was great. I reserved a 4x8 trailer only to discover I needed a 5x8, so I came back about an hour after I rented it and he gave me the larger trailer, no charge!

During the trip the trailer I rented did not close properly. Subsequently water was able to enter the trailer and damaged multiple items as well as clothing. The doors opened far enough that a bag of hardware was able to fall out of the truck somewhere on the trip. I thought it was fortunate that I had the full insurance policy through U-haul. I was wrong though because upon inspection your people claimed that there was no problem with the trailer and I was denied any compensation through the u-haul insurance company.

When I returned the trailer, a massive storm opened up with torrential rain. The store owner, Larry, was very accommodating and offered me to wait out the storm inside, offered me bottled water, and simply very welcoming.
