I said personnel was helpful only because he told me where to park but he seemed inpatient when I was backing in. He kept saying â€œcome on come on comeâ€ as I was slowly backing in. He could have been more pleasant. He didn't seem conversational or inviting. Once i parked he said I was done and I walked away. I was surprised to see the receipt in my email with a digital signature with my name... as he did not tell me I would be receiving anything. This could have been mentioned.Aerial S.

When I picked up the truck, the fuel tank had a little more than 1/2 tank. When I returned it, it had almost 3/4 tank. I was charged extra, stating that it left full and was not returned full. I returned it with more fuel than it had when I picked it up. This is not right.Robert S.

The bigger truck that I requested was not at the location, so I was forced to get the next size down. I requested a dolly and was told they didn't have one. The employee did offer me a $20 discount, I I truly wanted when I ordered for my moving day, not a discount. The dolly is something I needed to move my items and I was forced to go buy one.ROSE G.

The representative that rented the truck was very ornery and rude. I moved in town and advised that I would be driving less that 10 miles. Before I left I confirmed the mileage on the application and only needed it for 2 miles as my new apartment is downtown. When I brought the truck back I told him add two miles because that's all I used it for. He then had me go back to the truck and write down the mileage. Again I told him I only needed it for an in town move as I could not fit my couch and mattress in the car so it was a convenience factor to use uhaul. He then acted as if he didn't believe me and said â€œbye, your done as I was walking out the door. I then returned to confront him as I did not appreciate his tone and he advised that it was because of social distancing that he would send my receipt. Mind you neither him nor his friend had a mask on. I told him I did not appreciate him taking my money and treating me in this manner and I wouldn't tolerate it. His rebuttal was I didn't take your money U haul did. Nonetheless he is an ambassador for your brand it at is loathsome that someone would act in this manner. The rental location is also a furniture store so not only did he lose business if/when I move again but he lost furniture sales and I will be sure to tell all of my friends and colleagues not to go there. I am thoroughly disgusted and infuriated with this experience. Overall uhaul as a brand has been my go to for moves but at this location. I'm completely and utterly disgusted and angry I had to endure this.Antwuan E.

The truck I rented had leaks and visible holes in the ceiling. I had heavy rain on our moving day, and as a result my property was damaged. Only then did I inspect the truck ceiling and realized this defect.John W.
The on site location of discount mattress was very good. Larry was helpful and knowledgeable and able to help me on short notice. I am EXTREMELY displeased with the U haul app. If Larry would not have been able to help me I would have not been able to complete a move that had to be done on Saturday. I was not able to self verify and the app froze each time at take a picture of the drivers license step. On line chat was not helpful. I called and was not able to be helped at my current location but the phone representative was able to redirect me to Discount Mattress, thankfully!William D.
