JASON HI WAS NOT AWARE THAT I WAS BEING CHARGED A $16.00 SAFE TOW FEE. I WAS NOT GIVEN A COPY OF THE RENTAL CONTRACT AT THE TIME OF PICK-UP AND DID NOT RELIZE THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE UNTIL RECEIVING A COPY OF THE CONTRACT ONLINE. THE LOADING RAMP ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE OF THE TOW DOLLY PULLED COMPLETELY AWAY FROM THE TOW DOLLY. SAFETY PIN DID NOT STOP RAMP FROM SLIDEING FROM THE UNIT. RAMP ALSO FELL FROM DOLLY DURING OFF LOAD OF CAR. THIS WAS REPORTED TO PERSONAL AT THE DROP OFF LOCATION IN FAYETTEVILLE, NC.
