i wondered if i might have been videotaped for a blooper. granted i did arrive with just a few minutes to spare, but I was yelled at and harassed, literally the entire time of my interaction with this 'man'. i looked on his reviews, which confirmed my suspicions. how is this guy even able to stay in business or keep the reputable uhaul name? i would seriously question this, uhaul. shame on you.

There was not enough parking and it was very difficult to return the trailer. The person working there was very rude and belittled me when I asked for a jack to lower the trailer from my truck. He helped remove the trailer by hand and threw the hitch down on the ground.

My experience at my drop off In Greenville was One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The desk person was rude, mean, And totally unprofessional. I even dropped off a day earlier with much more gas than required. In addition the Sign on door said masks required. I had my mask and the Rude unprofessional at desk did not. This Mans attitude and unprofessional service left me with a bad feeling about uhaul. Greenville Location needs some serious customer service Training.

Could not get contactless pickup to work. Went inside and man gave me a hard time about trying to use website instead of coming in right away. Didn't have a mask on and let me know his views on mask wearing and the governor. Very unprofessional.

I was charged $28 for gas fee however the uhaul was return on half a tank, which is what it was when I rented it. I was told to return it the same level it was when I received it. So I'm not sure why I was charged that gas fee.

I reserved an appliance dolly, because I had to move a washer and dryer. When I arrived, my reservation had just been cancelled, minutes earlier, and the appliance dolly was removed This location said they don't even have appliance dollys! Really complicated my move day.
