My experience was horrible. The guy that rented me the truck looked like he was on something he was very hostile and rude. He even slammed his hand on the counter, trying to scare me and there was no luck on the truck worth experience ever. I will never recommend anyone to come to this place and rent a truck you guys need to do better on hiring professionals. This was very unprofessional and he was yelling the whole time.

Geneva FI would recommend location owner but not Uhaul itself. U-Haul should not require customers to travel to multiple locations to pick up a truck and auto hauler considering how high I paid in rental fees ($2,600+). Instead of returning equipment to one location, again, U-Haul expected a customer to do U-Haul’s job on delivering equipment to two different locations. Equipment was returned 3 (auto hauler) & 4 days (truck) early AND Uhaul had the audacity to charge me $22 for an after hours return fee for a 24 hour return location m. This issue is not the location owner’s fault but is U-Haul’s fault. U-Haul- get your crap together. The multiple locations & undisclosed addition fee is inexcusable. I may go with a competitor on next week’s trip.
