Our UHAUL had been in an accident in the morning and we were not informed so when we showed up at 3pm (our scheduled pickup time) there were no trucks available. We ended up having to drive 40 minutes in the opposite direction to pick up a truck in a different city. On top of that, they charged me for going over the allowable KM even though the only reason we went over is because I had to drive to pick up the truck from a further city.

Location is ok, the attendant was alone. The trailer had a foot of snow in it. They would've taken an hour for them to clean it and I was ready to go. Cramped parking space. Trailer towed fine

CHRISTOPHER RAlthough the location is good, the U-Haul being located in the Esso gas station was very inconvenient. The worker would be busy with customers from the gas station, which would delay us getting the key for the U-Haul truck—a 36-minute wait. I had the truck booked for 6am; since we were driving all the way from Cambridge to Kingston, which is more than a 3-hour drive, we wanted to get on the road ASAP. We arrived at the U-Haul gas station to pick up the truck at 5:50am, thinking that would be more than enough time to get the keys. The employee would stop with us and tend to his gas station customers who were getting gas. We got the truck keys at 6:37am. By the time we found the truck, it was already 6:50am. The wait time was ridiculous, which is why I had a bad experience at this pickup location. The truck itself was fine. I would not recommend this to anyone else.
Furohaar FIts winter and snow season, but I received van with all season tyres which lead me to stuck in snow and struggle to out myself for 3 hours. Worst service and worst customer support
SURYA DHave problems backing up the trailer and there was no one to help. Was told to put it around the side and that was it. Struggled doing so. Was just lucky the trailer was light enough for me to get out and push the rest of the way.

ALIYAH RTruck was blocked in on arrival. Very cold morning so things were frozen pretty good. Associate was able to help get truck out, warmed up, cleared and back box door unfrozen.
RICHARD SIt was highly disorganized. They charges me twice and I called them to dispute it. They said they’d call me back then charged me a third time.
CHAD MDecent experience. I did as much as I could thru the app. When I came to pick up the truck, there was a lineup of others renting at the same time, which took over 1/2 hr to get thru and get my truck. I could not extend the reservation to compensate for it. I brought the truck back 1/2 hr late, and was not charged extra. All-in-all, it worked for me.

For drop off I was told just leave it and I’ll email you a receipt in 30 minutes he’s too busy to inspect the truck. It was my first time using u-haul and it was not a pleasant experience.

This location is a gas station and convenience store as well, but that did not distract from me receiving immediate attention at pickup - quick review of the rental details, sign the contract, and go. Drop off was even faster. No paperwork, just drop equipment, touch base with attendant, and leave. Receipt comes by email. Payment by card on file.

WANDA JFirst off I wasn’t able to get the trailer I wanted in another location because it was stolen. Then I was redirected to this location. Showed up and they didn’t have it either even tho I reserved it. Was forced to take a smaller unit. Inside was still all dirty had to sweep out. Checkout took way too long only one guy working this location even tho 5 people waiting to take the units they rented. Only saving grace was the price for the day. Otherwise a pretty poor experience overall

JAMES PI rented a trailer but the lights did not work (why I said no to question #2) so they found me a truck. And it worked out being about the same cost as trailer. They worked quickly to get this sorted. Truck was clean and ran well.

David BWhen I first picked up the truck the guy charged my credit card $108 but upin returning the truck he had determined that I used less milage so the bill receipt which was sent to me was only $81. He told me I was going to get a refund for the difference but he didn't give a refund at all so I was over charged for the truck.
MICHAEL BNothing - this Cambridge location consistently has product available in good condition, the staff are very helpful and the pick up and drop off processes are very customer friendly.
Cameron CMy father had an argument with the clerk on the return of the vehicle because, "it was not filled up to the appropriate level". I had taken a picture of the gas tank- which showed it being 7/8 on pick up- and my father filled it up to that level on return. I am really disappointed by the service, and will not be returning to rent from that location.

JAMES WAt this location, they only focus on the gas station customers. As a uhail customer you have to wait so long. The equipment was very dirty and smelt horrible. There was it was garbage in the truck, including used plastic forks, food crumbs, leaves a d dirt. I would never use this location again. It is way too time consuming for such a simple pickup.
