Cassondra SUnprofessional location. Seems like they have multiple businesses running and employees/owners don't have enough training to handle u-Haul related concerns. Strong suggestion - If you need to make any changes to your reservation, contact U-Haul directly. In case you have to deal with the representatives at this location, make sure to either get a written proof of the engagement or better record your calls. There is no consensus among employees here and once confronted they become extremely rude and defensive. Filing an official complaint with UHaul as well.
