Confirm cleanliness more regularly. Rodents had broke into a garbage bag left behind. Also clearly had been smoked in. Attendant was very apologetic and accommodating. Just wish he didn’t have to be.

Maybe don’t rent out my truck I reserved just a couple nights before my trip. I had to go to another location further away to pick one up. What’s the point of a reservation then.
JACKSON WThe app is slow and lengthy. I didn’t receive text messages with instructions or timely notifications from the app and the store seemed like they would have been able to help us faster and more efficient than the app, so what was the point of downloading the app.
Matthew FI was double charged for the same reservation. I was charged $194 when we picked it up and then was charged $200.23 at pickup as well. My quote was $200, not including gas. Trying to fix this has been so incredibly inconvenient and challenging for no reason. The first man we worked with was helpful and easy to communicate with. The second man, who charged me a second time, lied about the first charge and was hard to speak with.
