well would not let me have the one trailer i wanted but up sold me buy saying other was reserved to go it was there when i got back same place same spot,, but other then that it was ok the new ball lock bothered the old guy was looking for pin lock for ball ..yes all the lights worked and clean he was polite at desk
derek lAyr Esso Northumberland location was 0 stars unlikely tonuse U Haul ever again, I'd rather pay more and use Penske or Ryder. Not having my truck ready and calling me 3 hours later almost cost me $700. Then finding a truck at a location further where I had to have my personal veichle follow around and charge me more wasn't pleasant. Also being 30 km further. Not impressed.
