The customer service was above and beyond !! They were very accommodating and made an otherwise bad move good by going the extra mile. Would differently rent from them again!!!

I fill the fuel in the equipment but they charged for fuel. I have all the proofs. I don't why this happened. I really appreciate of u haul customers service something did for that. I want my money back. Thanks
Gurpreet B.Even if I did it all online, I still needed to go to the counter (the same as the store) to ask for the key. He didn't know how to proceed, and he called somebody else. After a long time, I could have the keys. The car had a ton of snow and was almost impossible to take from the parking lot due to the snow there. The car was smelly and dirty. I filled the gas and returned the car using the website (awesome UX), and then, the guy who gave me the key said he needed to charge me for the gas. I gave him the key, letting him know I did everything through the website. I'll never pickup u-haul at that location again. Terrible.
