Service was excellent, staff were friendly and positive. Pick up and drop off were quick and easy. Truck interior was not clean on the inside, floor mats had food scraps on them. Was not told to take pictures or confirm license, received a text but did not realize it until I was home. had to call to confirm license was correct and that condition of truck was good. Staff should explain this.

DANIEL OBooked an appliance dolly and a flat dolly along with an 8 x 6' trailer. The sales clerk was rude and very unhelpful when I picked it up...no flat dolly and he said "that's all I have what do you want me to do?" The trailer was dirty inside and we had to clean it out before using it. The picture on line is better than what you get in person. The height is not good and leaves you at a disadvantage of moving some furniture pieces. There was no service help in attaching the trailer to my van and there were no drop cloths to wrap the furniture. When we returned the trailer the clerk actually had the nerve to ask us WHERE are the drop cloths??? The staff needs to be trained immediately in Customer Service!! We hired extra movers by the hour to help but when we had to stop and go looking for a flat dolly to help us, we ended up having to pay the hourly movers extra because we lost time there. Would I rent from this establishment again.....NO!!!!
