Price is to high, renting from Home Depot next time, 2.08 a mile is terrible

This was a quick and easy rental despite being at a very busy location . The staff was helpful and courteous. Worth paying the extra few kilometers to drive too.
Timothy MThe box of the truck was very dirty, looked like last person that used it, hauled dirt and did not clean it before we rented it. We had to cleaned before we could move our boxes and furniture.
Robert MI would recommend the location but your vehicles need to be inspected and repairs need to be done to them on a regular basis as I have mentioned problems with some of them in the last few times I have rented them and they just seem to be worse each time,(ie) brakes,broken ignition,writing such as I love meth,I love crack so on and so forth on the inside of the vehicles! And I’m not sure why I was charged for 2 days when I had it for a day and a half!
SHANNON NGet rid of the multiple dealers in Ft Mcmurray..nobody there is knowledgeable about the equipment. Nobody cares about the condition of the equipment when another customer drops.it off..when your file gets transferd to another location the original location washes their hands of the order. Won't help you with issues at all. Head office on the weekends have no clue what's going on or where their equipment is located.. I ordered the trailer for June 24th when I called in the weekend to verify my trailer they said it won't be there till July 7th..moving is stressful enough without having head office say your not getting the equipment till much later .very frustrating!
