no help provided. gas / convenience store. one man on site trying to serve everyone. I ended up unhooking, bringing paperwork to him. he never even came outside. guy was busy - I get it. just too much going at this place to provide proper service.

It was the person on the phone that helped me book the Uhaul that I was unhappy with. They did not help me in anyway figure out a closer location to my destination nor did he explain the different options. Probably wouldn't use this service again because of this reason.

Truck had to be returned before full 24 hours and yet we had to pay for the full 24 hours. Not fair. It inconvenienced us greatly!

My experience was TERRIBLE, but my issue is not at all with DIVA petroleum or the kind people who work there. I had a confirmation for .30 cents, contract printed at .49 cents. the agent was unable to change. We called and they said they would change in sometime in the 3 hours I was gone. It was still wrong when I arrived and agent was unable to change. Sat on hold with customer service and got no answer for over 30 min. Agent repeatedly tried to contact his field supervisor and no one answered. After 45 min of standing and waiting, while this gentleman did EVERYTHING he could to get assistance, I had to leave and come back the next day. I will be renting from Ryder or somewhere else going forward. Too bad, and my children are just starting University and careers and will be moving a lot. You have lost a lot of business due to your failure to support your agent and a waiting customer

The trucks back wheels were stuck in the ice at the rental lot. My kid and I worked with the only employee there to free the back wheels and it took 40 minutes, and so including filling out paperwork we were there for over an hour! It would have been nice if we would have been offered some sort of discount for this HUGE INCONVENIENCE!

I felt I was ripped off on the fuel. It took 30 liters of fuel to top off the tank after driving only 30 km. I don't think the tank was actually full when I received the truck even though the gauge showed full.

There were homeless people sleeping in the trailer I rented, it smelled really bad, and had a moisture problem. Perhaps providing your third party rental locations with locks for when they're not being rented is a good idea? I rented a truck recently from the same location however and the experience was great.

The young lady that attended to me was very competent and helpful! Unfortunately, the parking lot was terrible. It difficult to navigate into because of the traffic around the gas pumps. The "trail" up to the parking area would be quite challenging for a normal car; might even drag bottom. The parking area was turf/dirt. On this day it had gotten quite muddy. Overall? Personnel get an "A", facility gets an "F".

First off I rented my trailer online for pick up at the Franklin location, but when I arrived they said they only had closed ones it open ones, so heade a phone call and found the one I need at Divas.so first frustrating thing is now I have to go somewhere else. It wasn't the employees fault, but the process at Divas took over 40 min to check out. She was very busy tending to other gas customers and had to enter a huge amount of information for me. At one point the computer lost it all and we had to start over. (Didn't I already do all that inline with my reservation??) Once we finally go through that part, she wasn't able to help me hook up the trailer (I'm not familiar either) So I had to ask a random stranger. Then the parking lot was very tight and very awkward and I almost had to call someone for help to be able to back out of it. There is only one very small very slopy way out. Its not even a proper driveway The entire process was truly a nightmare.

I ordered a 4 wheel cart and when I picked up the truck, the cart was not available. Made the move very difficult. The inside was filthy and it had less than an 1/8 th of gas. I had to put gas in and bring back1/4 full. Very dissatisfied!!

Because this location doubles as a gas station, our check-in/check-out time was very long. The staff kept stopping our transaction to help a gas customer. This happened multiple times both when we picked up the van and when we dropped it off.

I had identified a preferred drop off location. It was very close to our destination. In the end, we were directed to a drop off about 25 minutes away. Thus is the second time this has happened in a month. Redirecting drop offs may serve your inventory needs, but it doesn't often serve the Customer's needs. I thought the Customer comes first?
