The employee on duty was great to work with and the owner was actually on site and assisted me as well. All went smoothly a surprisingly easy transaction.

Better inspection of equipment
Randy KManagement at this location had only one employee working on the first Saturday of the month, managing the gas station and Uhaul activities at the same time. The gent working that did was doing his best but it was chaotic for him. As I rented a 6x12' van trailer, I was initially sent out to attempt to lift the tongue and connect it to my truck without help. There also was no lifting tool seen at other Uhaul locations. I had to request the solo gent managing the store to come assist. Together we barely got the tongue off the ground and onto my hitch. I was then left to connect the safety cables, check the lights, etc - solo - as he had to leave the store unattended to assist me. My feedback as a 30+ year Uhaul customer is to advise this locations management to better staff their operation, especially on Saturdays to start, or disable receiving/renting out larger trailers at this location.
SHAUN WThe associates were friendly and it is conveniently located BUT this is the second time ( once for work, once for personal use) within a couple of weeks that the vehicle we reserved on line was not available at the location even though this location was specially outlined for the vehicle to be on site. The first time this happened we were redirected to another location about 10 kms away to pick up the vehicle of choice. To be fair, we were given a $50 credit for the inconvenience. The second time this happened we were offered a slightly larger vehicle at no extra cost. The associates tried to be accommodating and the situation is not of their doing BUT still frustrating in the moment for the customer.
