Unprofessional location. Seems like they have multiple businesses running and employees/owners don't have enough training to handle u-Haul related concerns. Strong suggestion - If you need to make any changes to your reservation, contact U-Haul directly. In case you have to deal with the representatives at this location, make sure to either get a written proof of the engagement or better record your calls. There is no consensus among employees here and once confronted they become extremely rude and defensive. Filing an official complaint with UHaul as well.

Meet TI was returning my vehicle, And I had filled up the gas and was going to park the truck. The guy who works at this store names Mohammad came and said the fuel is less than what it is supposed to be and told me to put $10 gas more, although I was confident as fuel indicator takes time to register. Still I went ahead and out extra $10 gas, although now the tank was half full, which is more than what I was supposed to put. He said there won't be any refund or reimbursement. Would not use their service ever again.
