price was really high... i didn't realize that is was .89 / km... i had to drive to Delhi and back, so was very surprised to see the total. it wasn't updated to me the km cost. was NOT worth renting this truck, as this was way above my budget. very disappointed when i dropped the truck off. the person knew i was going to Delhi, so i would have thought he would have reminded me of the cost.Andrew N.

Horrible customer service. The 2 men running the desk were rude and wouldn't listen to me, raised his voice at me as well. Not customer friendly at all. Inwas late returning the uhaul and the man from the diva petroleum called me and when I returned he call, he ended up being rude to me again. I had had enough and didn't even want to return it there, but made my boyfriend come in. Very dissatisfied with customer service.Krystal J.

The man who lent us the vehicle was nice but the vehicle itself was filthy. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and there was a dirty mask on one of the seats. Unfortunately I don't think I'd rent one of those from there again.CORY F.

I picked up the rental truck after a 30 minute wait. It had no. Brake lights tail lights or signal lights. This was very dangerous and nerve racking to drive. There was no walk about the vehicle to check anything and I would not recommend this pick up placeMICHAEL T.

Truck was not clean, leaked oil on my driveway, I also filled up gas at this location when dropping it off, they called me and claimed it required more gas ($30 worth), I told the attendant this is incorrect. I told them I'd come down and check they said it was only $12 worth of gas so I accepted the payment but I do do believe this was the case at all! They just ripped me off! Terrible customer service and a bad overall experience! This place should be written up and have someone from upper management contact them.Ken E.

This location is the worst the counter for uhaul has all these things for drugs bongs and pipes. They only tall to you in between the customers buying from them you have to wait until they finish. I rented a 26 ft truck with barely any brake pads!! I advised them of this as well. It's in a neighbour that really does not feel safe as well. I will never rent from this location again.Marilyn B.

The store is cramped and busy, and with the one employee both doing uhaul rentals and tending the til for gas etc it took forever to pick up. Also, mask laws were not being followed by the employee as he wore no face covering at all.Michael L.

The space is very tight and busy, with no separation between uhaul rentals and gas station customers. Our reservation time was 10:00 and there was a line-up of people waiting who couldn't get their vehicles from other locations, so we waited 40 minutes past our reservation. There was no where to stand. People kept coming in to pay for gasoline or buy lottery tickets at one counter and we were shunted off into a corner to wait, and still got in people's ways. Also, computer reservations should be staggered slightly to avoid line-ups.Jonny S.

In this time of Covid, the simplest of precautions is to make sure the cab is clean for the next rental. I took pictures when I picked it up and it can easily see that no attempt of cleaning was made.Mark S.

The gas station attendant was busy with other customers and I had to wait while he continually dealt with new customers as they came in. I had to hook up the trailer by myself and I hurt my back lifting the tongue up.Paul R.

All trucks should come with full tank of gas which should be returned as a full tank of gas. This truck came with only a 1/4 tank so I had to stop to get fuel almost immediately - that's annoying. thank youderek S.

The mobile check in AND pick up is good, but when speaking with the store they said that they can't guarantee the dollies and blankets would be in the truck because we were picking up before store opening hours. What's the point in having a 24 hour mobile self service if you can't use it before store opens anyway?Paul S.

The Rep entered wrong drop off location. I had a one way reservation from Brampton to Cambridge. The girl on the counter confirmed the same with me but still ended up entering bracebridge as the drop off location instead of Cambridge. The fuel gauge reading was also incorrect on the contract and I took pictures to confirm that, later which I used to show to the rep at the drop off location to avoid extra fuel charges. While trying to complete the return at the drop of location the U-Haul rep told me I'll be charged $158 for different drop off location. I had to call U-Haul customer service multiple times to get to the right person and get my destination changed. Later the same rep at the drop off location told me that I am getting charged with extra fuel credit which even he didn't knew what that was for? I was allotted 130 Miles and I drove 61 miles only and refilled the fuel with extra and over the previous reading. I called U-Haul the rep I spoke to couldn't understand a thing and was clueless about this charge and hung up on me. I had to call again explained the situation and I was promised a callback by the general manager of the location, which was never full filled. I am still getting a run around to get the extra charge off my credit card. In all a very very poor experience and pathetic customer service.Ankur S.

Just sweep out the inside cargo area of the truck please. Previous renter had left staples and screws all over the place, so I swept it out at home. Otherwise the truck was in great running condition!Paul S.
every. single. gas. station. within 5km was closed when I went to go return the truck at 8:30pm. I even told the store clerk that I'd be coming back around that time and he neglected to mention that little detail. so I had to return the truck low on fuel or rack up mileage driving another 10 km each way to fill up and come back to return. got charged $20 for $5 worth of gas. real nice.Faisal K.

The equipment was fine, but the staff is untrustworthy. They said I was given a half tank of gas, but when I got in the truck it was below half. I didnt think much of it until I returned the vehicle AFTER I put $25 of gas in to bring it to the same point, but the attendant said it was below where it was when I picked it up. I tried to explain it to the guy but he wanted to charge me an extra $18 anyway! Not cool.Peter A.

I specifically asked on multiple occasions, for a dock level height. The guy on the phone , not at diva assured me this was dock level! It was not, and I could not load what I was trying to pick up! So I returned the truck, and was obviously charged! But was lied to, I was told the price was 89cents a mile! And this was said multiple times, when in fact it's 89cents a km. And the truck is in miles! So my 39.99 a day rental cost me 310 dollars and 100 dollars in fuel. So I'll be sure to call around to other rental companies next time. This is sickening.
