This location was amazing and extremely helpful. The issue I have has nothing to do with this location, it’s everything to do with u haul reservations!! It’s not good business to take a reservation weeks in advance and then call and say the box truck reserved is unavailable. Also, the way the customer service spoke to me and making it seem it was somehow my fault for the mishap. I had to drive with my daughter from outside of San Antonio Texas to Thibodaux Louisiana this past Thursday to move her out of nicholls state college and follow her to Clarksville Tennessee. An hour and a half before we arrive in Thibodaux customer service calls and says the truck I reserved was not only unavailable but there was no replacement. This is after we were on the road for 7 hours. I was lucky to find the truck I rented just because we drove around searching for help. Non of this was by the help of U-Haul. The location we did rent from was excellent, your customer service is pure crap. Left on hold for 40 minutes and being talked down to is inexcusable.

Brett BThey are a towing guy wrecker service as well, so I had to rent a UHaul to bring my broke down car home. So no I will now look for penske when I need a truck ot trailer. If you change your drop off guidelines then maybe I would stay. But this I cannot afford a trailer if it gets stolen, from an open lot, no guard no locked gate. Trailer has NO KEY TO PUT IN YOYR BOXES.

Drew LInstall tongue jacks on the 6x12 tandem axle enclosed trailers. Those are very hard to hitch and unhitch from a vehicle. Especially at my age.
