This location was amazing and extremely helpful. The issue I have has nothing to do with this location, it’s everything to do with u haul reservations!! It’s not good business to take a reservation weeks in advance and then call and say the box truck reserved is unavailable. Also, the way the customer service spoke to me and making it seem it was somehow my fault for the mishap. I had to drive with my daughter from outside of San Antonio Texas to Thibodaux Louisiana this past Thursday to move her out of nicholls state college and follow her to Clarksville Tennessee. An hour and a half before we arrive in Thibodaux customer service calls and says the truck I reserved was not only unavailable but there was no replacement. This is after we were on the road for 7 hours. I was lucky to find the truck I rented just because we drove around searching for help. Non of this was by the help of U-Haul. The location we did rent from was excellent, your customer service is pure crap. Left on hold for 40 minutes and being talked down to is inexcusable.

Great customer service and I’m not renting from no where else but there
anthony bWhen I reserved at truck on the website, it wanted to charge me over $300 at pickup. Luckily the person at the site noticed it was wrong and helped me get the right price. Noone at Uhaul could figure out why it was charging me so much.
GINA AWhen I returned the rental they refused to print me a receipt and they failed to check in trailer so I couldn’t get deposit back Almost a week later I called UHaul and item still remained not checked in. I still haven’t received my deposit.
