They are a towing guy wrecker service as well, so I had to rent a UHaul to bring my broke down car home. So no I will now look for penske when I need a truck ot trailer. If you change your drop off guidelines then maybe I would stay. But this I cannot afford a trailer if it gets stolen, from an open lot, no guard no locked gate. Trailer has NO KEY TO PUT IN YOYR BOXES.

Drew LInstall tongue jacks on the 6x12 tandem axle enclosed trailers. Those are very hard to hitch and unhitch from a vehicle. Especially at my age.
