When I reserved at truck on the website, it wanted to charge me over $300 at pickup. Luckily the person at the site noticed it was wrong and helped me get the right price. Noone at Uhaul could figure out why it was charging me so much.
GINA AWhen I returned the rental they refused to print me a receipt and they failed to check in trailer so I couldn’t get deposit back Almost a week later I called UHaul and item still remained not checked in. I still haven’t received my deposit.

Brett BThey are a towing guy wrecker service as well, so I had to rent a UHaul to bring my broke down car home. So no I will now look for penske when I need a truck ot trailer. If you change your drop off guidelines then maybe I would stay. But this I cannot afford a trailer if it gets stolen, from an open lot, no guard no locked gate. Trailer has NO KEY TO PUT IN YOYR BOXES.
