Hard to identify which store rents out the trucks. And the truck really needed to have been swept out.

Improving the level of professionalism among your staff would be an important first step in enhancing both customer experience and your overall rental policies. I would specifically like to address my interaction with your area field manager. I was charged for mileage that I did not use. When I requested a detailed breakdown of the charges for clarification, your area field manager refused to provide one and stated that he was not obligated to do so. I found this response unacceptable and it left me feeling as though I was being unfairly charged. For accuracy, I maintained detailed records of all mileage driven from the beginning to the end of the rental period, and I even returned the vehicle a day earlier than scheduled. Additionally, the call ended with the manager hanging up on me, the first time, which I found to be highly unprofessional and inappropriate conduct for someone in a managerial position.

GEORGIANE HA U haul business inside a UPS store is less than desirable. First, I had to wait behind others who were holiday shipping. Then when I finally got waited on the system was down. I had waited 50 minutes for a Manager to get there as there was 1 person to wait on a roomful of people. After almost an hour, the Manager called someone who finally helped me.

thomas sMy entire process was a nightmare. I reserved my truck sept. 13th. Went to pick it up on oct. 31st & was told they didn’t even have a truck for me. Trying to find another place to get a truck was a nightmare & the place we found, was nice as far as customer service but the “u-haul” process to get the truck took forever & im overall highly disappointed in the process & will probably never use U-Haul again.

FELICIA BThe pick up location was at a UPS store so that was confusing..and when dropping off at the Elmwood location they couldn't find my storage unit info .took a while getting that straight so all I can say it was a long frustrating day and I'm glad it's over.
PERRY BThere was a used cigar left on the dash of the truck and the cab wreaked of the smell. When I mentioned this to the staff they seemed surprised - it seemed no one is cleaning the vehicles between users. Otherwise, the truck drove fine and was useful, but the smell literally gave me and my friend a headache. I hope it will be sorted for the next person and I don't get blamed for the smell.
