truck was not ready to go, not swept out, gas was on EMPTY. my return trip there was NO AIR for 3 hours and it made me physically sick. I would like some type of refund please.

Rented from another business and was directed to another business to pick up. Was trying to deal with a closer business and friends. And you guys wouldn’t let the business pick up the trailer earlier.
teresa cHe marked the out mileage marked at 1:19 834. It was actually 119 837 so I was overcharged by 4 miles. I should’ve checked that before I left, but I didn’t so I didn’t do anything about it. Just for your knowledge it was not accurate.
