These people are very very bad business people. They refused to allow the rental to be returned or left on their property (the owner came by as well to make these decisions). This occurred even tho they checked the trailer in! Then they told us to park on the street. When I went to get their permission on a video, they denied ever saying we could park on street, and forbid us to leave it on their property! Basicly, they lied to us, and when I called their bluff, they told us go away! Uhaul had sent me a. Text with their address to drop the trailer there! And they checked it in (according to Uhaul)! Then they threatened to call the police if we left the trailer with them!

Wiley FLocation is convenient but the key area is an obscure section and dimly lit with no coverage from rain or elements. check list as to what to do prior to check in would have been helpful like downloading app and updating profile cc dl to minimize delay in obtaining key and rental info.. service personnel so helpful, thankful for them!
