I originally requested a dolly with this order. When I asked the attendent at the pick-up location that it wasn't in the truck, he stated there wasn't any available at this time. He also mentioned I wouldn't be charged since I wasn't able to get one.

This location did not have any signage. If it were not for random UHaul trucks in a few parking spots, no one would know. It is an unkept gas/convenient store that does not represent the UHaul brand and image I’m sure you work hard to project. There was a random port-a-potty in their parking lot. Now when I went into this place to inquire if I was in the right location, the convenience store employee was very friendly and polite.
