I was very disappointed with my experience at this U-Haul location. The employee’s customer service was unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of handing me my change directly, they placed the money on the counter, which made me feel singled out and disrespected. Based on the interaction, I left feeling that I was treated differently than I should have been. In addition, the employee appeared to have very little knowledge about U-Haul’s services and policies and was unable to answer basic questions or provide accurate information. I expected courteous, knowledgeable service, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope management reviews this incident, provides additional training, and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism.
