Took me 45 minutes to get the truck picked up when I already had reservations. Man was polite but not experienced in dealing with Uhaul customers. Never said anything about where the fuel level was or if I should fill before I brought back. Sedalia on the other hand (Missouri) needs to replace some of their employees. And Uhaul in general really let me down on this move-could not get the reservation right after I stopped at the Sedalia location 3 times. Very frustrating.
