Mary JI had to hook the trailer to the truck. It did not have the proper plug on it. No one came out of the Uhaul dealer to help me. They didn’t tell me anything about it except make sure you put fuel in. It only had less than a quarter of a tank, I turned it in with a half a tank that’s a dog groomer not a Uhaul dealer that part of the deal was not good.

Greg RTook me 45 minutes to get the truck picked up when I already had reservations. Man was polite but not experienced in dealing with Uhaul customers. Never said anything about where the fuel level was or if I should fill before I brought back. Sedalia on the other hand (Missouri) needs to replace some of their employees. And Uhaul in general really let me down on this move-could not get the reservation right after I stopped at the Sedalia location 3 times. Very frustrating.
