Mitchell HThe cab wasn’t entirely clean. There was some popcorn on the left side of the driver’s seat that easily have been cleaned before we used it, but it wasn’t “all over.” The windshield was very buggy outside and filmy inside.

Zach FThis location is kind of in the middle of a neighborhood. Be careful if you are driving a bigger truck and aren't used to it. There was nobody there and I'm pretty sure I got the last spot to drop off my truck. I wasn't expecting much other than to drop off the truck, and it was just a large gravel lot.

Kimberly PI don't have any complaints with the location. I was an hour late to the pick up and had trouble with the 24/7 service. I was on the phone about 30 minutes before the reservation could be changed so that I could initiate the pickup. The whole point of me doing the 24/7 was so that I didn't have to be there at a certain time.

However the trail rent with Kern Mattress Outlet was the opposite. Bad commitment, never show up and delayed my trip. I was success until Uhaul agent did by phone.

saul bmy pickup location was changed by U- haul that changed my plans to use the trailer however, that was ok. I understand that sometime you might have to change location to get the right equipment you want to rent it This change did work out because the folks that help me get the trailer hooked up and on my way were great people too work with. They made sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions. However, The folk on the south side of Bloomington could learn some customer service skills form the folk on Beech St. in Normal.
BRIAN SFind location iin self pickup in the uhaul app was not working. Doll furniture owner called me while I was trying to make it work, asked me to come inside, and promptly got me going. He was friendly and helpful.

Israel BI put Gridley, IL. as pick up location and had to go to Normal, IL. 10 extra miles one way . Talked to customer service and explained that it was your company making me drive 10 extra miles one way( 40 miles extra ) should have received some compensation. Talked to customer service and did not receive any satisfaction. Have rented from your company several times, probably will not again in the future!!

ROBIN WSuggestion - The vendor should have adapters available (for rent or purchase) to connect a "7 round to a 4 flat" trailer light wiring harness.
