The office is just very dirty and messy. But in all fairness and honesty James treated me very well and explained everything to me in great detail. He made sure I knew how to connect the wires and how my towing hitch worked, how to disconnect after I was done etc. I am a widow and was used to my husband taking care of this type of stuff. I appreciated his help.
