I was charged for 3 gallons of Gas ($15.75) even though I used the truck only for 9 miles and there was no fuel in the truck.

The truck cargo bay was dirty had not been cleaned from the previous renter. It had an undocumented cracked windshield the rental agent had not documented the damage and did not care. The 12 pad/blankets I rented were dirty/used 2 had mud caked on them. The rental agent took an excessive amount of time to complete the transaction. It was the only vehicle in the lot not a very inviting place to rent a vehicle from, couldn’t even tell it was a U-Haul rental. The store had no additional moving supplies if I had needed them.
Patrick TWhen picking up the truck, I was not told to do anything prior to leaving the property. When I arrived home, I saw a text asking for documentation about the condition of the truck but was not allowed to provide it due to having left the property.
