I did not return anything here. I picked up a replacement trailer for the one with faulty brakes. Contact was nice. Pick up went smoothly.

This is a liquor store, where the owner runs the U-Haul on the side. However, the owner is NEVER at the store. So, pickup and drop off are done by liquor store clerks who have no idea how anything works and have to text the owner to actually process the transaction. As such, you have no control over what the owner does with your rental. In my particular case, he added the SafeTow insurance, which I did not want. I only found out about it 30 minutes later when U-Haul sent me my confirmation. At that time, I called the liquor store clerk and asked him to have his owner remove that fee. Nothing happened. Then when I returned the trailer, another liquor store clerk had no idea on how to check me back in. I again told him that I didn't ask or want the insurance and to advise the owner. I completed the checkout in my app and made that note. It stated that the location would call me within 24 hours to resolve - no call. Instead, I just got a final bill that included the SafeTow charge that I didn't ask for and specifically declined. AVOID THIS LOCATOIN - It is more hassle than it is worth!

Everything was great, but I wasn't reimbursed for the furniture pads I'd purchased, but were not provided.

No personnel everything through the internet. It should take 10 minutes but the crappy program uhaul has takes you an hour till you call them to guide you

I was charged for 3 gallons of Gas ($15.75) even though I used the truck only for 9 miles and there was no fuel in the truck.

The truck cargo bay was dirty had not been cleaned from the previous renter. It had an undocumented cracked windshield the rental agent had not documented the damage and did not care. The 12 pad/blankets I rented were dirty/used 2 had mud caked on them. The rental agent took an excessive amount of time to complete the transaction. It was the only vehicle in the lot not a very inviting place to rent a vehicle from, couldn’t even tell it was a U-Haul rental. The store had no additional moving supplies if I had needed them.

When picking up the truck, I was not told to do anything prior to leaving the property. When I arrived home, I saw a text asking for documentation about the condition of the truck but was not allowed to provide it due to having left the property.
