A woman who works at this particular Uhaul location that I was told to return the rented truck from, mixed up the returned trucks and charged me falsely over $2600 to my credit card and for over mileage over $2000 dollars, we didn’t even come close to using all the mileage, charged a gas fee, we returned the gas with the amount of gas it was suppose to have and charged for extra days because she didn’t check who had which truck. A gentleman from the facility corrected everything but i still have the transaction pending on my credit card. It is a bit shocking to have a charge like that go onto your account that should never have happened if the person who did it knew their job. Very upsetting and will make me think before using that uhaul facility ever again. It took me 2 calls to haul, 2 to my credit card company and one call received from the uhaul facility where the man helped to fix this mess. Hoping they are more careful in the future. In the meantime, I have all of this tied up on my credit card until it falls off. Beware

There was only 60 of fuel left in the tank and the tank was clogged so I wasted all kind of money trying to keep it filled from Michigan to Kentucky. I’m sick at the fact that I had to pay so much money for this.

Easy drop off location. Very friendly staff and clean. Easy parking. Definitely recommend.
