The Internet reception here stunk. It took us over an hour to pick up the truck and over an hour to return it. RIDICULOUS!!!! We had to take multiple pictures and they didn't want to send. The truck was only half full of gas and we returned it with one half tank and now you are trying to charge us 100 dollars for fuel. That is not right!!! Also, why isn't a place that rents not open on a Saturday in the first place? That has to be the largest moving day! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND UHAUL TO ANYONE!Cindy E.

Two parts: I was depending on the 24/7 pickup. I had a truck reserved close to where I lived but they cancelled at the last minute and moved me forty minutes away. I needed to pick up at 8:00 PM. When I arrived, nothing worked. The app did not work, and there was a 98 minute wait time for help on the phone. The whole experience was a waste of time and I would stay away from U-Haul if you need to use the App. I returned the next day and dealt with this location in person. In person they could not have been nicer, better and helpful. If you are there during the day and do not need U-Haul on the app or phone, I would recommend this location.GARY H.

The phone service here was very poor and there was no local WiFi to connect to in order to complete my checkout process online. It took over an hour to check out.John D.
My issue is with UHaul and not the locations. Terrible customer service. I was contacted the evening before my morning pickup and told the pickup location was changed to a location one hour in the opposite direction I would be traveling. This caused MAJOR issues for me with the help I had secured for moving the next day. UHaul was impossible to reach and not helpful at all in trying to assist with this issue.JEFFREY G.

The van interior cab smelled of musty wet dog. At drop off I was told to call the main U-haul number. I attempted to chat a rep and never got a response. Overall the vehicle worked fine and rear was empty. Disappointed that someone took a road trip with a smelly dog and in the summer heat it was a miserable experience driving to my destination with the smell.Michael J.

The receptionist I dealt with was beyond nice and amazing at her job. The poor rating is not from her. The poor rating is for her boss. He was extremely rude and called me a terrorist. He was rude to my wife, mom, and myself. I had everything selected that I wanted and yelled at me when I initially denied insurance. I only got it because of how worked up he was. He also kept try to push a dolly on me after I repeatedly said I had my own and the receptionist said she didn't have one in store. I definitely will not be back and it ms one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. Being called a terrorist is a major insult and definitely not acceptable.calvin H.

This rental was not without major issues but in the end, Becky and Lacey made everything work out and went beyond the call to insure we had a truck, etc. From the start the booking was not only confusing but also not easily handled. Multiple times we would be assured of a truck only to then be called and told there wasn't one. Finally the NIGHT BEFORE we were to pick up the truck, we finally worked something out after almost having to go to Terre Haute and Greenfield. We ended up with a 10 ft truck that originally we had been told could not be rented bc it was going out of state. it was what we wanted so that was fine except it took almost a week to get to that point. There were so many issues with computers and bookings that were incorrect, and yet they always were good for their word and made it right in the end. SO, I think for whatever reason we had more issues than was ever encountered before. The only other two surprises were (1) the phone charger in the truck never worked which was not good for the driver and his GPS and (2) the drop-off location took many tries to finally get correct, including the driver driving to a different city bc it was incorrect, and then they refusing the truck bc there was no room!! However, again, in the end, it all worked and the agents there made sure they not only apologized profusely but also made it all work in the end. Nice people.caroline S.

There was a stand alone desk With ZERO COVID restrictions, and a cat running around inside, the lady acted confused on what to do and the process took entirely too long! They didn't have any moving supplies or tape either.Davina W.
Whwn i took the truck back i stopped and put gas in the truck it made me 10 minutes late and they charged me 79.00 because i was 10 mintues late and 10 mile over that didn't happen i was 6 miles under what i said.
