Stowe SI dropped it off at a night so there wasn’t anyone and I wouldn’t recommend it just because there is bigger hula places to get from that’s all

Erin KStill waiting the adjustment for our invoice as we were charged for two days instead of one.. I picked it up at TigerPaw on 6/10/26 at 3:59 PM and dropped it off at Dorchester at 3:16 PM on 6/11/26. The fella contacted his district manager Elijah Mack to try to correct things still waiting on the updated invoice for only a one day charge instead of 2.
Lance GWe had to drive 15 minutes to a new location because our original U-Haul was not staged/in the middle of 15 other parked uhauls. Phone support was useless. Told me at 10pm after driving 3 hours there that I’d need to pickup the next morning. Told him it wasn’t possible to do that as it was a Monday night and he told us it was the only option. They need to be able to dispatch one of the other 30 trucks in the parking lot, but he kept saying he could not do that.
