We had to drive 15 minutes to a new location because our original U-Haul was not staged/in the middle of 15 other parked uhauls. Phone support was useless. Told me at 10pm after driving 3 hours there that I’d need to pickup the next morning. Told him it wasn’t possible to do that as it was a Monday night and he told us it was the only option. They need to be able to dispatch one of the other 30 trucks in the parking lot, but he kept saying he could not do that.
