The pick up service on the app is awful. No clear instructions, too many steps, and unclear how to do certain transactions. I waited on hold for 20 minutes and spent well over an hour trying to figure out how to get through all the steps. I will only ever go to a real U-Haul location where there are people. Awful experience.
