I indicated to two of your employee contacts that the truck was going to be left at the nearby Dutchtown St. Louis location but this was not entered by those two sources. Couldn't get the online code to open the truck. Had to call in and get it(20 min phone call).Nothing I paid for or ordered was in the truck so I called again(another 20 min phone call) Was sent to two separate locations for the things I ordered and neither had any of it. Had to call to let them know not to bill me for the mileage and the gas that was wasted on those two trips(another 20 min phone call)I wasted 2 extra hours while people waited at my house to help me move. My truck was to be picked up on Big Bend Road in Ballwin, MO. I received no call the day before pick up, even though I reached out to the store. When I arrived there was no truck. I had to the Lemay Ferry Road location which was 25 miles out of the way. Location was a closed auto body shop. It was on a busy street and the process to upload pictures, driver's license etc. was challenging and cumbersome to do in a strange location on a busy street. The staff at the Big Bend/Ballwin location were indifferent to the situation and not at all helpful and truly did not care about my situation. Plan to rent Ryder trucks in the future.Susan M.
