We had to drive 3 hours to pick up the truck, and 3 hours back. this significantly impacted the time it took to load the truck. We had to pack my car the next morning, and then it was a 10 hour drive to my new location, adding to exhaustion.

the lady was super accommodating but it was very inconvenient because it was more than 100 miles from my place. it took me 2 hours to get there n another 2 hours to get back to my place.

Excellent location and a very convenient for me. Friendly and helpful staff. For this booking, the only reason why I chose uhaul was because of this location, otherwise I would use other options. I expect to continue renting from the Down to Earth nursery.

The uHaul website said that the location was closed but I went anyway and it was indeed open for drop-offs. The owner didn't want to do any paperwork though, just asked me to leave the trailer. Two days later my rental was still marked as active on the uHaul website. I had to file a complaint to make sure I wasn't charged extra days. Another 30 mins wasted in the process.

First off, I reserved the vehicle online, with a location available 10 mins from my home, but a couple of days before the rental, was told I had to go an hour away for the vehicle. Ridiculous... When I got the vehicle I was told leave it with a half tank of gas, as that was what I was told was in it. Really, it should have been full. Also was told the extra miles and gas needed to return an hour thru the mountains would be considered upon return to Uhaul. Was not.. The vehicle itself was dirty, especially the cab, and the windshield was an absolute mess. Shouldn't Uhaul have at least given it a wash before sending it out?

The truck was clean and ready to go. However, after 15 minutes of driving the truck started to hesitate and shake. After loading, ck. eng. light was on had low power and the steering shook. Although we made it through, it was not pleasent

The whole property is confusing and not well maintained. First, the office is not well maintained and all the office equipment looked old and unclean. There was no main desk or guest seating. I stood and waited while the guest service attendant sat at a small desk with a dog sleeping under the desk. Another dog kept coming up and smelling my shoes as the attendant tried to understand how to process my online reservation. Also, there were children running around the office. I assume this was the attendants children. Possibly an alternative for daycare. The guest attendant could not figure out how to honor my online reservation so she placed a call to someone that could help her. It was decided to cancel my online reservation and start over in the office. After this point, which took about 20 minutes, things went fairly quickly except for the malfunctioning credit card reader. The attendant was actually very nice and explained everything to me about the difficulty with the online reservation and the credit card reader. She was very pleasant. The Truck itself was clean and in good shape. The attendant specifically asked if I would return the truck the next day by 4pm, because that's when they closed(on a Saturday). I told them I would definitely be done by then and would return the truck that day. The next day(Saturday) I tried to return the truck at 3:30pm, but the lot was locked and closed. This was a 10 mile round trip from my house and I was charged for mileage. The next day(Sunday) I dropped off the truck in the lot and was told to drop off the keys with someone who was not the Uhaul representative. I assumed this was normal practice and didn't question that person. This is not the level of professionalism I would expect from Uhaul. If I had the time and energy I would demand a refund. I'm not interested in persuing that at this time, but I hope this review helps move this location in a direction of increasing its professionalism and customer service.

The computer was a problem but other than that I enjoyed the people and the truck and the fact that it is right here! I'm sure I will be renting one again in a few weeks for my need to get some items to moved to Georgia.

Please read. Raymond, the rep at pickup, almost cost me greatly. I was “allowed” to pick uo my rental a day early with the inplication that I would have a free extra day. I didnt need this extra day but Raymond apparently wanted me to pick it up early anyway. At his shop I also rented a hand-truck/dolley for $7 as all the signs say but I was charged $10 on the reciept without a word. I mentioned this discrepency and Raymond didn't have a valid excuse. I just considered this a tip then. Afterwards, we inspected the equipment together and I pointed out many superficial blemishes that he assured me would be acceptable. He insisted that if I had any issues I could have someone contact him. Raymond proceeded to help me load my car onto the vehicle trailer. He told me that I could drop the truck off a day after it was due because Uhaul isnt open for Columbus Day (this is false). Ask plenty of questions!
