This location was great. The overall experience trying to get a truck was awful. We had to go to five locations to even find a truck because each place we reserved from either didn’t have the truck or people hadn't returned it on time. There was always a reason and we ended up out of luck. So, we lost so much time today running around trying to see what we could do. The only reason we even got lucky enough to get a truck was because this amazing lady in Romeoville was willing to take the time to call around and actually make sure we weren't being sent on a wild goose chase. Over all, I wasted time, energy, patience, money, and gas today because trucks weren't available when we were told they would be. Not to mention, we kept getting sent to all these random drop off locations. A girl at one of the places treated us like we were a problem when I told her I needed the truck and I couldnt take a trailer, which was all she had even when our reservation was for 11 am for a 15 ft truck. This experience was absolutely awful and while I might be in a position to have to use this company again. I won't be thrilled about it in the slightest. To answer your question about making this better, be more reliable, offer ways to compensate people like me who are in these situations, and train some of your smaller locations employees to be nicer to some of us.

I'm a first time customer so can't really say but I was greeted nicely and directed in kind so no complaints
JERRY GThey told me to just drop the trailer off and they would check it in when they had time which was kind of frightening with no receipt for me of drop-off.
EDGARS DStreet was was closed off for through traffic, so I tried to go around to get to it from the other side and couldn't. I had to go back and go around the through traffic sign and was able to get to the location.
