$0.99 per mile was way too much on Friday. I was forced to bring back the truck to the pickup location, I could save more money if I left your truck 100 miles away around O'Hare location, it could cost me just half of the price I paid.

I was sent here because the truck I rented in Rimeoville was not available. This place is off a busy truck highway and there is nowhere to park your own vehicle so get dropped off. Truck had problems with the key and for an hour I was stranded until my boyfriend could help me. I was charged $100 over what I thought I was paying and honestly this is unacceptable. Especially in this economic climate.

5 guys carried the trailer over to my truck put in on ball and said your all set. Didn't hook up for me was told my responsibility. Didn't go over any safety or any issues for that matter. Couldn't unhook trailer because there was no stand. Rented for 24 hours. Went to pick up at 4:00 they closed the next day at 2:00. Had to return early so 5 more guys could take off my truck. Again I had to unhook myself. Very disappointed in the customer service. Calk ed me white boy in Spanish as if I didn't understand. Will never rent from uhaul again and will never recommend to any either. I'm going to contact uhaul about the experience.

The only thing I would do as uhaul is, make it more user friendly when you go to rent a piece of equipment based off your desired pickup location. I was being sent 10 miles away while I seen and knew there was equipment 3 miles away. Ultimately I was able to get the closer truck with a little persistence on my part.

This location was unreliable and called me while i was moving from Illinois to Virginia demanding my credit card number because he said we didnt pay for the dolly. My receipt and my bank statement clearly showed that i did pay for it. I felt uncomfortable giving him my credit card number over the phone so i didnt. I found out that its against their policy too. He also called me Unreasonable and he hung up on me. I tried contacting uhaul customer service over the phone but was on 15 min wait times so i would really appreciate a call back. 8156712979. Also we dropped the uhaul off in virginia beach where they told me i didnt know anymore and we didnt go over the miles. I also have that receipt. I look at my bank statemnt and some how tire inc back in illinois charged me an extra $48. I dont know for what. This needs to be fixed or explained to me.

My first reservation was cancelled an hour before scheduled pick up. Which was two miles from my house, and a half my from my storage. I had to drive ten mikes out if my way with no apologies whatever. Will have a hard time using uhaul services again.

U haul.com royally screwed up my reservation. Changed pick up location less than 24 hours before scheduled pick up. New pick up point did have the truck but not the dolly. Instead of being 2 miles from home I had to drive 18 miles to a seedy part of another city because of U haul's gross incompetence. Tried to phone U haul and their customer service was horrible...rep was useless and manger not available. Manager failed to even return my phone call.
