I got charged an after hours fee because 'I didn't do the self return check in' when in fact I did. I took all pictures requested, gas gauge and odometer reading where all put in correctly and even got the message "Thank you for returning your UHAUL equipment" page after I submitted it. This is just another location that's scamming people out of their money and I'll never be going back to them.
