There is one thing I was upset about And that is that I was trying to get a truck close to my house because I’m trying to keep the price down. But they were not allowed to move the truck from the lot where I picked it up to the lot where I made the reservation. Which added on another 20 miles. I know that might not sound like much, but I was really trying to keep the price down on the U-Haul. But everything else was great. The people were very nice and professional, and I had no other issues.

There was only one person working at the store. As a result I was interrupted six times for the clerk to help people purchasing items in the store. He was unsure of how to use the system and was unable to help me in a reasonable amount of time. It was 45 minutes. If you're going to rent vehicles, you should be staffed for it
