Skye HI really wish that speed bump was painted to stand out from the rest of the driveway up to the building! We have almost bottomed out several times as it blends in to the rest of the pavement and is difficult to see until you're right on top of it.
John MDriving the truck was easily adaptable. It felt just like driving my jeep wrangler. Everything was easily arranged and when I needed to extend the length of the use of the truck it was easy. I extended for another day that would've lead my contract to a drop off time of 12:15pm. The negative part of that was that I received a text message request if I could drop it off at 0930am because other people were going to be out of a truck. I do not think that if I am paying the money for the use of the truck the burden should've been put on me to drop the truck earlier than the time paid for. I think that a company should be prepared for extensions of service by customers and have trucks from alternate locations then brought to the facility for the next customer. Any life occurrence can happen, and mine was an extension of service needed.

STACIE SThe truck was old with over 175k miles. The floor of the back of the truck was dirty so we had to be extra careful about covering it before placing anything on it that would get dirty. The truck also gave off a lot of smoke the first few miles of driving as if it was burning oil.

Robert BWhen I made the reservation it was to pick up the truck at a different location. I did not receive any notification that the truck was going to be at this location. If it was sent by email - I am still going through my emails and have yet to see it. This information should have also been sent via TEXT as well.

Frank BNo attendant was there when I dropped off the truck. I just finished refueling to the level I picked the truck up to make sure I wasn't charged $5 a gallon. I still got a bill for $20.50 for 4 gallons of gas. I feel like I was ripped off for the 20 bucks and just for that I will never rent from UHaul. I have been a customer, on and off, for 20 years and feel that somebody misreading the fuel gage, on purpose, to take another $20 is just showing how contemptuous you are of your customers. So congratulations, you got 20 bucks and lost a customer.

douglas mI have only had excellent experiences in using the U-Haul facility in Doylestown, PA. Reserving a vehicle online was so convenient. One time, I had to cancel my reservation and it was immediately taken care of and the payment reimbursed. But today, I had to rent the cargo van and it was ready when I arrived, it was clean and ready to go, the receptionist was able to answer any questions and explain things completely. I had also ordered some mattress covers which I ended up not using and she reimbursed me right away. Very helpful and efficient! I would definitely use this U-Haul facility in Doylestown again and would definitely recommend it.

My BIGGEST complaint is that after over 8 years of rental and receiving modest rental increases year-to-year, this year’s renewal was an OVER 20% INCREASE!! I am so sick of everywhere using “Covid” as an excuse to enact exorbitant price increase!! While they never specifically cited Covid as an excuse, this price increase was outrageous and inexcusable and tantamount to pure greed! We found a bigger, climate controlled unit for $20 less than what this facility enacted. Seems loyalty and prompt on-time payments are not honored or valued by this facility’s owner!
