RICHARD BWe had to call customer service multiple times to get the size uhaul truck we reserved 6 months ago, they were trying to give us a 26' instead of the 20' reserved. We also packed clean boxes and travel bags in what appeared to be a clean truck and unloaded with most of our belongings having a thin layer of black soot on them. This has made for much aggravation and additional cleaning work. We hope these items will be addressed so that others do not have the same experience.
Michael ARoughly 30 min after I dropped off the vehicle, I received a text asking if id be using the vehicle for the full 2 days or dropping it off sooner. Should I drop it sooner, they stated I would not have to fill the gas as long as it was 1/4 full. After I stated i had already dropped the vehicle off 30 minutes earlier with a full tank, the response was, 'oh, sorry'. No reimbursement of any kind was offered, but let me know Id receive a bill if I used toll roads without my own ez pass. If a benefit was going to be given, I feel like some sort or reimbursement should have followed when it was stated the vehicle was already returned as the policy stated.

David SI did not receive good or valid pick up location. The location I was told was wrong. Brian did locate my trailer and with some extra driving eventually picked it up without much delay to my schedule. Overall great service at pick up and drop off location. Have used Uhaul over a dozen times, Daughters can’t decide where to live, and this was the only time there was a hiccup.

The lock to unit did not work it was frozen, no wd40 was offered! To sum this appropriately I would not let my dog stay at this facility! I would not ever recommend this facility.

My BIGGEST complaint is that after over 8 years of rental and receiving modest rental increases year-to-year, this year’s renewal was an OVER 20% INCREASE!! I am so sick of everywhere using “Covid” as an excuse to enact exorbitant price increase!! While they never specifically cited Covid as an excuse, this price increase was outrageous and inexcusable and tantamount to pure greed! We found a bigger, climate controlled unit for $20 less than what this facility enacted. Seems loyalty and prompt on-time payments are not honored or valued by this facility’s owner!
