The old guy who works there is rude and talks down to you and is a know it all. We kept telling him we had paid online and he would say stuff now wait a minute, sit down right there, now hold on, etc his tone was rude like he was doing us a favor, jeez The man who works for him was embarrassed for us as well.

Truck was fine. service for pick up was fine. Final invoice showed extra charges for days that I did not have the truck, and for an insurance coverage that I did not agree to on my origional invoice.

The facility was a mechanic shop attached to a field. The uhauls were parked in a field with no concrete. It rained the day prior so the field was soggy. HOWEVER Bob took care of me. I needed an adapter for my trailer lights. He went out of his way to drive to the nearby Napa to purchase it. I appreciate the gesture. I will take service over amenities any day.

I had a problem with shurup retail I call to confirm that I was picking up a trailer the woman that answered the phone told me they were not renting uhaul equipment nor were they receiving equipment. I informed her I had a trailer reserved for me she told me to go somewhere else . Not a good experience now was it an example of a professional

I declined roadside coverage through U-Haul. 20 minutes later I got the U-Haul stuck in sand at my house. I called U-Haul for assistance assuming they would be able to get me in touch with someone who could help (knowing full well I’d have to pay for it myself due to declining the coverage.) The U-Haul representative told me she called 7 U-Haul approved towing companies and they all declined to send someone to my location or to even give a quote to send someone to my location. I called Dr. Bob (the location I rented from) and he was very helpful! He gave me a few local options of people he trusted, one of which was able to help. I was very disappointed in the customer service I received from the U-Haul corporate roadside assistance. I am not upset at having to pay for my own tow since I fully understood what I was giving up when I declined U-Haul’s coverage. What upset me was the fact that U-Haul told me “we can’t help you, try google or the yellow pages.” I would think a company who rents out trucks of that expense would at the very least be able to get a customer in touch with someone who would at the very least be able to provide a quote to get a truck out of a particular situation. I mentioned how I was treated to the man who ended up pulling me out of the sand and he said “that doesn’t sound like the U-Haul I know, that doesn’t sound like them at all.”

Office personnel excellent, friendly and professional . The truck over all was clean but the back needed swept out, coffee or soda spilled on Council and there is a smell of cat urine, very strong smell in cab. Truck well-maintained and operator with out any trouble. As always was unable to use check in or drop off online because your server would not work properly. And fact is your computer system crashed twice while they were manually checking out the truck for me. This seems to happen every time I run equipment. You definitely need to update you Computers and software.

I rented a 20' truck and a 6'x12' trailer to tow behind the 20' uhaul truck. We ran out of room so, so I rented the additional 6' x 12' trailer. I also rented a 5' x8' trailer that I towed behind my jeep grand Cherokee. Ron, the guy I rented the equipment from was very nice and polite. He did not seem to know exactly what he was doing. At times I was not sure if it was computer issues or operator malfunction. He had to go back and redo the contract several times. Not getting it quite right. It took me almost an hour and a half to rent each piece of equipment. A total of 4 hours at Dr. Bob's trying to rent equipment. When I rented the additional 6' x 12' trailer, we went outside to hook up the trailer to the 20' uhaul trucker. None of the lights worked. We went back in to do an equipment swap and went out to hook up the new trailer. When I rented the 6' x 12' trailer, I clearly stated that I was going to Gladewater, TX. Ron had to redo the contract several times. Each time repeating that my destination was Gladewater, TX. I did not notice on the little 9" screen that I looked at the Ron put in Goldthwaite, TX as my destination. I did not find this information out until I turned all three pieces of equipment in Longview, TX. I explained that was an error. And I told Ron, the guy I was renting from that I was going to Gladewater, TX. He said he would take care of it. That evening I got a text from the drop off location in Goldthwaite, TX. She clearly had no idea what happened. I gave her my pick up location info and my drop off location info. I thought it would be all taken care of? Next thing I know, I got an email. Charging me with another $92.?? for this 6' x 12' trailer for an additional 3 days. Why would I rent 2 pieces of equipment with destination of Gladewater, TX? Then come back and rent another trailer, attach it to a truck going to Gladewater, TX, and then drive completely in the opposite direction to go to Goldthwaite, TX? Now I am assuming I am paying an additional $92.?? because I failed to catch the error from your representative. We are a military family and have used uhaul repeatedly with no issues. My husband was unable to help us move. So this move was completely on me and my son. The rental process this time was the worst experience I have ever had. This move was the most difficult by far and my uhaul experience definitely made it so much more difficult. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. The first drop off location you gave me, WOULD NOT ACCEPT MY TRUCK, so I had to drop it off further away, which put me over on mileage and out of time to refuel.. In order to meet my time for drop off.. So the $120 that you charged me for YOU NOT HAVING THE CORRECT INFO, SHOULD BE REIMBURSED!

This location was closed when we arrived and wasn't scheduled to open the entire day; however, I wasn't contacted to determine whether or not I may need assistance and was very fortunate a U-Haul employee showed up to get a trailer and was able to assist myself and another customer with getting our truck. If the location planned on being closed they should have contacted those individuals that had business with them. Very unprofessional.

This location is filthy, it’s a garage and is cluttered, disorganized, and just filthy dirty. The customer service is any thing but professional. Outside is tight to maneuver in, looks like an uncut cow pasture. Has any one from the company ever physically been to this location. And last but not least the Stars and Bars Rebel Flag hanging from work bay ceiling, that’s a political / racial statement for sure.

I reserved online and was quoted 39.99 plus 19.99 for insurance plus .10 per mile. So I expected it to cost approximately $100 for 8 hours local. My online reservation apparently didn't record or something because when I called to change the pickup time the agent couldn't find my reservation. So I verbally asked him to hold the truck for me and he agreed. When I picked up the truck all the prices were different but I had to move that day so the agent put a hold on my card for approximately $136. That was 60. for the truck plus .99 per mile. So my total cost for a local Move is $184. That is almost what it cost me to rent through y'all one way from Dallas to San Antonio. Needless to say I am very upset about it. I have always used UHAUL for moves and always had good experience until now

This was a auto repair shop so expect it to be untidy. My previous drops at this location were good. However this time the owner (assuming) made some strange comments. Then we found out from his partner that he was drunk.
