Our truck was scheduled to be picked up at 9:30 AM. We arrived on time, but the only employee who knew how to handle the reservation was not at work. We were told several times that she would arrive soon, so we waited, but she didn't arrive until after 11:15. By the time she arrived, our reservation had expired and she didn't know how to get it back, so she spent 20 minutes on the phone with customer service. When we finally had the truck, we had to wait for car wash employees to move the cars they had parked in front of the exit so we could leave. We drove away with the truck nearly 2 hours and 30 minutes after it was originally reserved. I would NOT recommend picking up from this location.

Place was nice but process was a bit confusing.
