Dropping off the truck seemed to be at a deserted building. Was using the mobile app to drop off truck and it required many pics of truck. But the app kept crashing and not saving any taken pictures. Was able to get a single pic to be saved in all spots. Took over an hour to complete the 5 steps.

Eddie O.What a pain to get a remote truck pickup. The original U-haul order pushed me here out of my way and add miles to my rental. Which then charged me extra for said rental because they couldn't get the truck originally ordered at first location. All about the fees!!!!

ALEXIS C.We looked to drop the truck off a day earlier, however, when we looked up the office hours it stated closing as 3pm. Assuming then their would be staff the following day, we chose to wait. When we arrived at this location, it looked vacant, minus one small uhaul track and another plan white truck. No attendant and No direction that self return is only available at this location. This was very frustrating, and inconvenient.

There's want any help around and we had to call help for pick up and drop off. 10:10 would not recommend this ever again. I use you guys all the time and have never had a worse experience. Felt like a complete scam from start to finish

Todd H.Guy turned us away and told us to return the truck to another location because the city was getting on to him. We drove to another location and they told us they would charge us double if we left the truck there and had to call Juan to have it dropped off at the correct location and he said “ugh fine I'll take it thenâ€. VERY RUDE! I want a refund of the $38 I was charged for going over mileage when I did not. And a $20 refund for dolly and furniture pads I never received.
FREDRIC F.Took me a 40 minutes to get through the process. Almost gave up and canceled but people were counting in me. Very difficult process if unprepared for it and no on-site help. Touching the lock to allow permissions help was much needed,, thanks.. but when you are in a hurry and become nervous its really hard.. The location was walking distance which was good.
Doris O.It was definitely an unusual location and didn't look like a drop off. It took me a while to park the truck in the back due to being on the alley across from a home, cars and a fence. I didn't quite realize that I was supposed to login first to checkin so I put my keys in the lock box at the front of the building and when I looked at my contract it said lock them in the cab so they were already in the lock box. Sorry about that... So I definitely did the check in the wrong way. But it was Sunday so no one was there and the gentleman who works there on Monday took care of the checking in since I did it wrong. Maybe a sign should say by the lockbox whether or not they want us to put the keys in the cab like the contract said or to put them in the lock box which then said put a copy of your rental contract with it.

Roger O.My reservation was not for this location. The reservation I had was at another location but when I got there at the time I was told, they didn't have trucks available. We had to ride around a couple locations. Thank God I found someone with a truck!I called customer service the next day they said I will hear from someone within 3 days that was New Year's Day excuse me the Monday after New Year's Day and I still haven't heard from anybody so no I would not recommend people use U-Haul. If they have other options they should use them because I found U-Haul to be so unprofessional!

aMANDA W.Juan went above and beyond the call of duty. UHaul allows the truck to be rented at 8am on Saturdays, yet Dreamantic Auto does not open until 9am. Unaware of the conflict of hours, we showed up at 8am for the truck. We called Juan and he was incredibly polite and came in early just so we could get started on our moving. This conflict of hours should be resolved on UHauls part, but Juan was the most genuine person with a great work ethic and very courteous. Definitely rent a truck from him!
