City-Wide CI was contacted the day before my move to advise they did not have an appliance dolly. The rep who contacted me told me I could get one from any other U-Haul and return it with my truck. The U-Haul I got one from the morning of my move advised they require it to be returned to their location. So I had to pay for 2 days of rental for the dolly, AND have to now also drive it all the way back to my old home to return it. Highly frustrating situation on top of an already stressful move. I’m now out extra money and the gas it takes to drive over an hour just to return this dolly.
