Location opens at 10 AM didn’t get seen till 11 AM because the co-owner Samuel Jones was sleeping in the trailer outside and didn’t hear nobody calling overall horrible experience truck was on E when I received it unnecessary wait time and didn’t have the courtesy of apologizing for oversleeping or sleeping on the job. I suggest going somewhere else. Do not get a U-Haul from this place.
