The person helping me, was rude and incompetent. I was there with him for over an hour as he scheduled and canceled and rebooked my reservation even after I told him I already had one. By the end of it he refused to give me the keys until I said please and acted really unprofessionally. This was beyond a bad experience. I highly recommend driving down the road to a different location.
Bobby MI had a cargo van reserved for March 27; when I arrived I found that the whole U-Haul computer system was down, so I had to wait until the next day. I ended up at Drive Away Today and though there was only one person working, he was really helpful. When I dropped the van off on Monday, there was another helpful person there to be sure it got checked in.

Daniel LOverall a good experience. We weren't aware of the back up camera. Knowing that before we left would have been helpful for the driver. We were charged appropriately for the time and miles used.

JOHN CI returned the U-haul the day of rental. I dropped keys off in drop box around 7:30pm and was still charged for 2 extra days. Please refund for the 2 days if you could.

Jack SWhen I received my rental everything seemed fine until it started raining and i noticed a substantial amount of water entering the back of my rental truck through the ceiling. All of my stuff was wet and I had to dry off everything as well as purchase towels and blankets so I could continue with my task off delivering items.

Alejandra CI made this reservation a few months in advance, which included a dolly. When we got there on move out day there was no dolly in the truck (we were not charged for it). No other nearby U-Haul or non-uhaul locations had dollies available to rent that day so we were forced to make due without it. I would have been more understanding had it been a last minute reservation; however, given I made the reservation in advance, all supplies absolutely should’ve been available. And if they weren’t available, I should’ve been communicated with in advance so I could’ve planned accordingly,

Robin GRented a 10’ truck.. Air conditioning was ice cold.! Super fast for pick up, drop off , and email receipt. Friendly and took less then 10 minutes and I was already on the road. Pricing was fair. I only moved to storage, but when I buy my house in next few months I’ll be back . 🙂

STANLEY CI did a mobile pickup and there weren't clear instructions provided on how to actually access the vehicle. It took me 20 minutes calling, waiting on hold, and dealing with app issues to actually get it. The rep I spoke with said she'd credit me for my inconvenience, but didn't seem to remember.

DOCTOR DStan was very friendly and got me going very quickly with no notice. The one thing I would say is there seemed to be a lot of cars there that didn’t have anything to do with Uhaul, so parking is limited. I would come back and recommend though.
