The yard was a mess, the dolly i was issued was not even a legitimate U-haul dolly because the dealer rented them all out. She then charged me at the time of picking up for the miles just to be re-charged at check in for the miles twice. tried to call before hand about returning the truck a little bit past the promised return time and did not answer the phone or could take a voicemail. when checking the u-haul back in i did not agree with the charges and wished to be contacted regarding them and no one contacted me.
