Cynthia BAfter hours drop off. No reception out there in the middle of nowhere. Couldn’t download the app or complete the return without calling U-Haul for assistance. I would have been more prepared and felt more comfortable with the facility open or at least knowing no one would be there so I could have downloaded the app and pictures where I had reception for cell.
