a) fuel gauge defective, caused a HUGE scare to see : Below 'Empty' on my return trip- at 4AM!! Scary!! b) this is not a 'commercialised' location, rather- a run down temp 'office' with a 'car sales lot' that , in a 'street view' would be scary to a person NOT from the 'inner city neighborhood'...)( but, bless their hearts...) c) I requested a call back from this location, and did not recieve the call back, which pertained to my personal secuity in such a neighboorhood before the sun even came up...
miles wThe yard was a mess, the dolly i was issued was not even a legitimate U-haul dolly because the dealer rented them all out. She then charged me at the time of picking up for the miles just to be re-charged at check in for the miles twice. tried to call before hand about returning the truck a little bit past the promised return time and did not answer the phone or could take a voicemail. when checking the u-haul back in i did not agree with the charges and wished to be contacted regarding them and no one contacted me.
