I made the extra effort to get the truck to this location. Then they nickled and dimed me for the fuel. Returned at the exact point of fuel level. Exact! But I didn’t take pictures and the place was closed. It was horrible and will switch to another carrier.

Very poor lighting no where to park trailor without placing rocks on tires to keep in place. Other vehicles (POV) made it difficult to park trailor. Did not fell safe leaving it at this location was afraid it may come up missing so took pictures to prove it was indeed left as expected. I was relieved to get the email on Monday morning that the trailor was still where I left it.
TISHIA TI returned the truck late but had no problem completing the return. There was a gentleman on site who said that he owned the property. He was polite and courteous. I had to call the company earlier today because I wasn't sure of something. They willingly answered my questions and were a big help.

Raul OI did not feel super safe in this location and my app would not correctly scan the barcode and let me access my key. I had to call the support number to get the code and upon opening up my compartment my key was not inside. The agent had to give me the code for the other lock box that had my key. Although it was not a smooth experience, the agent was very very helpful and my wait time was very short. She truly saved this experience.

Philip ATrailer had tire with low air pressure noted immediately after pick up. Delayed trip by over two hours waiting on a repair that should have been avoided with a better inspection.
DAVID PSystem was slow during pick, so it took longer than usual to leave with truck. But other than that, no problems or issues, and truck was in great shape.
